Shipping policy

Processing can take up to 2 business days to ship out. You will receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number from one of our carriers as soon as your package ships. We currently ship within the domestic United States.

There may be issues that are out of our control that prevent your order from arriving on time. Carrier's shipping services and policies have changed and delivery times could happen due to flight delays/cancellations and staffing shortages. We cannot provide refunds on any shipping costs due to delayed deliveries that are out of our control.

Kate O'Grady Skincare cannot be held liable for any theft or damage to the product once it is in transit. All claims must be submitted directed to the shipping carrier by the customer.
